I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario, London, ON, Canada and have since been actively involved in research, teaching, and contributing to the academic community.
Research Interests
My research interests encompass software process assessment models, Empirical Software Engineering, Human Factor and Machine learning where I have made significant contributions through publications and scholarly work.
A Passion for Learning
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to staying at the forefront of developments in software engineering and computer science. My goal is to share this knowledge and enthusiasm with my students and colleagues, contributing to the growth and evolution of our field.
